Every item is posted by the seller you buy from. Here's how postage works.
Scent From Me is a marketplace: we don't hold stock, sell items or send parcels ourselves. Each item is posted directly by its seller, from wherever they're based. Postage, delivery times and any refunds are agreed between the buyer and the seller, and Scent From Me isn't responsible for them.
Our Terms of use require sellers to post items securely and discreetly: plain outer packaging, with nothing on the outside that shows what's inside or mentions Scent From Me. Many sellers vacuum-seal or double-bag items to keep them fresh.
Your delivery address is only shared with the seller you're buying from, so they can post your order. It's never shown on your profile or to other members.
A pattern of breaking our Community rules and/or bad feedback from other members will result in your account being suspended, with no refund of any membership time you have left.
Because items are worn and often personalised, they usually can't be returned once sent. This doesn't affect your legal rights against the seller.
