A members-only marketplace where adults buy and sell worn underwear, socks, shoes and clothing. You can browse sellers and listings, follow people, chat, order custom items, and join in with games like spin the wheel.

Anyone aged 18 or over. Everyone passes an ID and selfie check with our partner Didit before they can get in. Only members can see profiles, listings and posts.

Joining, browsing and buying are free. Sellers pay a monthly membership (Seller or Seller Pro). Buyers can add Buyer Pro for £4.99 a month for extras like the Swap Shop, members-only sale prices and browsing privately. All prices are in pounds sterling. Yes. Scent From Me is run from the UK and prices are in pounds.

No. There’s 0% commission: buyers pay sellers directly, so sellers keep 100% of every sale. Sellers pay a monthly membership instead, and buying is free.

Yes. There’s a men’s side and a women’s side, so buyers can find worn boxers, briefs, jockstraps, panties, socks, trainers, gym kit and more from ID-verified sellers.

Every member, buyer or seller, passes an ID and age check before they can get in, profiles and listings are hidden from the public, and there’s 0% commission. Sellers can take custom orders and run games like spin the wheel, and Seller Pro adds flash sales and a wear diary.

Buyers can browse, buy, follow, message, post on the Wanted board. Sellers can do all that, plus list items, take custom orders, post on the feed and run a spin the wheel.

Tap “I want to buy it” on a listing. The seller gets your request and a chat opens between you. When they accept, they add the postage for your order, and you see the full total and how to pay them. Pay, tap “I’ve paid”, and once they confirm it’s yours. They’ll post it with tracking.

Items stay on sale until the seller confirms they’ve been paid, so more than one person can ask. Only pay once the seller has accepted your order. If the seller confirms someone else’s payment first, your order is cancelled automatically and you’re told straight away.

Open a seller’s profile and tap Request custom order. Choose the item, how many days worn and any extras from their price menu. The seller can accept or decline. Prices are fixed by their menu, so there’s no haggling.

In Dashboard → Orders. Tap an order number to see the payment details, tracking, and to mark it as paid or arrived.

As soon as the seller accepts your order, their payment details are sent to you in your chat with them, and they also show on the order. Pay, then tap “I’ve paid” on the order.

When the seller posts your order and adds tracking, a Track your parcel button appears on the order. It opens the courier’s tracking page.

Worn and personalised items usually can’t be returned once sent, but you keep your legal rights against the seller. If something’s wrong, message the seller first, then report it if you can’t sort it out.

You pay the seller directly using the method on their profile and order (for example a payment link or bank transfer). Scent From Me never takes or holds your money.

Use a payment method that offers protection where you can, keep conversations on the site, check reviews and the Verified badge, and never share passwords or card numbers. If something feels wrong, report it.

Give them a little time and send a message. If 48 hours pass without them confirming, a Report to the team button appears on your order.

Only pay once the seller has accepted your order, which makes this rare. If it does happen, sort it out with the seller: refunds are between buyers and sellers.

The seller has passed our ID and age check. Every member passes this check before they can use the site, buyers included.

Use the Report or Block buttons on their profile, a listing, post, comment or message. Reports are private and every one is reviewed.

Choose Sell when you sign up (or ask us to switch your account) and pick a Seller membership on the Membership page. Then follow the checklist on your dashboard: add a photo, your payment details, your price menu and your first listing.

Add your payment method, link and instructions in Settings → How buyers pay you. When you accept an order, these are sent to the buyer in your chat automatically and shown on their order. Buyers never see them before you accept. When money arrives, tap Payment received on the order.

Yes. In Settings, choose Show me as: Seller, Buyer & Seller, or Buyer. It changes the label on your profile and whether you appear on the Sellers page, the Buyers page or both. Your listings always show your name.

Only when you confirm you’ve received payment. While a buyer is paying, it shows as Reserved. If you can make an item again and again (like a weekly pair), tick Keep listed after a sale.

Photos of the item, and of you wearing it, as long as nothing explicit is shown. Up to 5 photos per listing, up to 20 MB each.

A membership for regular buyers: £4.99 a month, or £24.99 for 6 months. You get an emerald Buyer Pro badge, members-only sale prices from sellers, the Swap Shop and browsing privately. It doesn’t let you sell. To sell, choose a Seller membership.

Seller Pro sellers can put chosen listings on a private % off that only Buyer Pro members see. Your price shows on the listing and on the seller’s page, and it’s taken off automatically when you ask to buy. Everyone else sees the normal price.

A place for Buyer Pro members to swap items they’ve bought with each other. Add an item with photos and what you’d like for it, or message someone to arrange a swap. You post to each other directly. Photos are checked before they show, and the Community rules apply.

When you look at someone’s page, you won’t appear by name in their Who’s viewed me list (your visit still counts in their totals). Turn it on in Settings. It comes with Buyer Pro and every Seller membership.

Sellers create wheels with a price per spin and their own prizes and odds. You pay the seller, they confirm, then you spin. The site picks the result fairly using the odds shown, every spin wins a real prize, and the seller posts it to you.

In Settings → Username. You can change it once every 30 days, and links to your old name still find you.

In Settings → Preferences, untick Show when I’m online.

Use Forgot password on the login page and we’ll email you a reset link.

Yes. In Settings, turn on Two-step login and scan the code with an authenticator app. After that, logging in needs your password and a 6-digit code from the app.

Contact us and we’ll close it. Any orders in progress need to be finished or cancelled first.
