What you pay us for, how to cancel, and when you can get your money back.
What we charge for
Buying on Scent From Me is free. The only thing we charge for is a seller membership (Seller and Seller Pro), paid monthly or as a single payment for 6 months. The price is shown before you pay.
Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. You won't be charged again.
6-month plans are one payment and don't renew automatically.
Refunds on memberships
We don't give partial refunds for the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it.
A pattern of breaking our Community rules and/or bad feedback from other members will result in your account being suspended, with no refund of any membership time you have left.
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us and we'll refund the charge.
Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We can usually sort it out quickly, and faster than a bank dispute.
Buying from a seller
When you buy an item, you pay the seller directly. We never take or hold the money, so we can't refund it. Postage, delivery and any refunds are agreed between you and the seller, and Scent From Me isn't responsible for them.
If you think a seller is breaking our Community rules, report them from the order or their profile.
